Kosmos Patch

Please note: I will not be making any of my own patterns available , on deviantART or anywhere else. I am trying to make money by selling these patches and providing the means to do so kinda undermines the entire point. Please disregard the somewhat dirty nature of this scan. I forgot to take a scan of the patch before giving it to the person it was made for, who kept it on her keyring, so when I finally remembered to ask to borrow it back so I could make the scan, it was less than pristine. Rest assured that you will NOT be receiving a patch that looks like this.

This is a patch of Kosmos from the video game series Xenosaga. It is available for reproduction. It was stitched on 18ct Aida cloth using 2 strands of DMC, with 1 strand being used for the backstitching and 4 strands for the border. This is an example (my first, I believe) of a finished patch that does NOT use a background. It does make the patch slightly less sturdy and more fabric-like, but it also draws attention much more clearly to the focus of the patch.
