Let me start by saying that it was in no way my intent to violate the license of any companies that have the rights to Stargate or to the Trading Card Game in either of its forms. This was created for the fans, by a fan, and is simply to be used as a tool to make gameplay somewhat smoother and easier. Should Comic Images or whomever find this idea or interest I admit that I have no rights to this creation and it is available for anyone and everyone, even should that result in a copyright under another name. However I am the original creator of this scoresheet, and unless it, or something similar, is copyrighted by any of the mentioned companies, I expect to be credited for its creation (if hosted on websites).
...My legalese sucks. Basically, if CI wants it, they can have it and I don't expect any credit or compensation. If you want it, feel free, but just don't take credit away from me.
The file is a .jpg and is currently hosted through Photobucket at the following link. The file itself consists of two separate scoresheets that will print two to a 8.5"/11" page. When printing, make sure the JPG is centered on a landscape-oriented sheet, and reduce printing margins to 0 on all sides.
How to use:
USE PENCIL. This method does require the use of some erasing so pencil is best.
Enter your opponent's Team characters into the four spaces on the top of the sheet. Enter their skill scores beneath the lines (where there are some handy dandy slashes! ) The four spaces below that are for Support Characters that they might play. Talking to people who play and my own experience with playing show that on average a maximum of four support characters will be out at any given time. Enter them as they are played; when they become destroyed, erase them. When you are the villain player, these two sections will make it easier to calculate your opponent's scores, or possible scores, in any particular skill.
The space below that is for your own score-keeping. Enter your Victory total next to its text. I have made space for all three possible scores (Experience, Villain Experience, and Glyph count). Its easiest to use a tally (four vertical lines, with one straight through for five) and there should be ample space.
The power section: based on experience and extrapolation, any particular game shouldn't spend more than four turns with the same amount of power. After power phase, pick one line that has the correct amount of power. As the turn progresses, cross out numbers according to your power usage. (start a turn with 4 power, use a 4 line. First round, pay 3 power for a support character--scratch out 4, 3, and 2). If you spend more than 4 turns with the same amount of power, erase a used line and re-use it. Technically, no player should have over 9 power to begin with on a given turn. (3 base +6 glyphs). I have added extra lines of up to 12 power in case of situations where you get extra power for whatever reason. These large lines can also be used if you run out of the proper numbered lines.
The bottom is merely a disclaimer, basically stating I have no rights to the game, that it was created by a fan for the fans, and that there is no profit or other benefits being made by me as a result of making this scoresheet.
This is just a first draft, so we'll see how it goes. If you want to use it, by all means do so. Let me know how it works for you, if you do!
